Since order works well with loot, i copied masterlist.txt to "Fallout New VegasDataBash Patches", renamed to taglist.txt, removed BOSS and the unrecognised mods i added manually to Wrye Flash using LOOT as a guide. WebWrye Bash was the king in the Oblivion days. It does a lot more in Oblivion than it can do in Skyrim. Its variant, Wrye Flash, is also wonderful for Fallout New Vegas. For many years Wrye Bash was the only mod manager that allowed you to move mods around to juggle overwrites. MO/MO2 do that today, of course, but that's far more recent.
