The way I got myself better was by cutting down the number of cycles 3 to 2 and eventually 1. At one time I could not believe I could ever cut down but it was possible. WebIt feels like no matter what I do I'll never get rid of the intrusive thoughts. It feels like OCD will never permanently go away. Its ruined my life. Its taken the joy out of everything and I can't relax or simply have peace of mind. I never know when the next one will be, or how bad it will be. OCD had made living and doing anything a chore.
